Welcome to Indivisible Boldly Blue...
a volunteer-led, grassroots response to Trump's presidency.
a volunteer-led, grassroots response to Trump's presidency.
The work done by our local group is based on the contents of the Indivisible Guide written by Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin at the beginning of Trump's first time in office. This guide showed everyday Americans how to deal with the turmoil of a Trump presidency.
Trump 2.0 is shaping up to be even more disruptive and dangerous than the first go-around, hurting many along the way. Together we have the power to fight back against these atrocities. For this reason, the Guide has been updated to address the current bad acts outlined in Project 2025, the conservative blueprint for the destruction of our American society as we know it.
Democracy is in great peril, but it isn't dead. Political power resides on many levels like with state and federal governments. It also exists locally on the streets and in our communities. It's up to us and other Americans to choose to fight back. Leadership will be found in everday Americans. Resolve will be witnessed as individuals come together and stand up to fascism through small actions and large collective movements.

There is strength in numbers and we would like to have you join us. Together we can push back against the negative impact of a Trump regime. Also, since we are a volunteer-driven organization, we rely on donations and grants to fund our work. You can help us with a one-time donation or increase your support with a recurring donation.

Statement Regarding Detention Center in Social Circle
Statement by Local Georgia Citizens’ Groups regarding Social Circle ICE Facility
February 4, 2026-- City officials of Social Circle, GA, learned today that the PNK warehouse property that ICE has been evaluating as a potential detention center is now in escrow and moving toward final purchase by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
We are outraged that the Trump regime would move forward with this detention center over the strenuous objections of Social Circle city officials and taxpayers.
City leaders and area residents have made it clear that such a facility would have devastating impact on their community by tripling its population and placing demands on local infrastructure and city finances that the community cannot meet.
On Wednesday evening, Congressman Mike Collins, who broke the news about the deal to Social Circle officials, expressed his own reservations about the plan. In a statement posted on his official Facebook page, Collins stated that while he is “aligned with the mission of ICE,” he “agrees with the community that Social Circle does not have the sufficient resources that this facility would require.” He said he has asked DHS to continue “evaluating the impact the facility would have on Social Circle.”
In doing so, Collins joins Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff, the Social Circle city council, Walton County’s economic development director, and the local grassroots groups Indivisible Boldly Blue, IndivisibleGA10, and East Metro for Social Justice, in opposing the plan.
From the beginning, the Trump regime has deliberately kept Social Circle’s elected officials in the dark about their plans to put a massive detention center housing up to 10,000 detainees in the community of 5,000. City officials learned about the plan not from DHS, but from a news story in The Washington Post.
Today, in a further insult to the democratic process, Social Circle officials were told that the Department of Homeland Security had conducted an engineering evaluation of city utilities, and that economic impact reports were currently being prepared.
The City of Social Circle said, however, that the city had not been asked for, nor had it provided, any input or data that would have been necessary to complete engineering or financial evaluations.
Immigration and Custom Enforcement’s (ICE) violent and lawless behavior in Minneapolis, Chicago, Portland, Los Angeles and other communities across America would make any ICE facility unwelcome among peaceful, law-abiding citizens. We know from reports of harm, including deaths, in existing ICE detention centers that the Constitutional and human rights of detainees are being violated in these centers. And we know ICE wants to build new detention centers so they can escalate the scope of arrests and detentions across the country.
The majority of Americans have made it clear that they oppose what ICE is doing across the nation. Building more ICE detention centers will expand the agency’s actions, when they should be restrained.
We, the citizens of Congressional District 10, Walton County and surrounding areas, vow that we will not stand down from this fight. We will continue doing everything we can to protect the peace and quality of life of our region and the Constitutional and human rights that belong to all people in the United States of America.
Signed:
